Truffles

1. Chop 400 g of milk chocolate into chunks.

2. Take 1/2 cup of coconut cream and add the chopped chocolate and microwave at 20 sec interval until the chocolate melts.

3. Add 1/2 cup of dry roasted grated coconut and mix. Leave the mixture to set in the fridge for 4 hours.

4. Roll the mixture into small balls, then roll them in the dry roasted grated coconut and put them on butter paper. Refrigerate overnight.
