Dark Chocolate Tart
- Pulse 24 oreo cookies and 6 tbsp of metled butter.
- Press the mixture to the tart shell. Do not press to hard.
- Put in the fridge for 30 mins.
- Bake for 7 mins at 180C and wait until the shell reaches room temperature
- Add 170g chopped dark chocolate and 170g chopped milk chocolate to a bowl.
- Add 1 cup heay cream and 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter to a pan and bring to boil.
- Pour the hot mixture to the chocolate and let it sit.
- Using a rubber spatula, mix well until the mixture is glossy.
- Pour in the trat shell and let it set overnight.
Same recepie as above. Used 340g of Orange compound.
