Chocolate Tarts

Dark Chocolate Tart

  1. Pulse 24 oreo cookies and 6 tbsp of metled butter.
  2. Press the mixture to the tart shell. Do not press to hard.
  3. Put in the fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Bake for 7 mins at 180C and wait until the shell reaches room temperature
  5. Add 170g chopped dark chocolate and 170g chopped milk chocolate to a bowl.
  6. Add 1 cup heay cream and 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter to a pan and bring to boil.
  7. Pour the hot mixture to the chocolate and let it sit.
  8. Using a rubber spatula, mix well until the mixture is glossy.
  9. Pour in the trat shell and let it set overnight.
Orange tart

Same recepie as above. Used 340g of Orange compound.
