Falooda
Mango
- Take 2 packets of mango falooda mix. Follow instructions. And chill in the fridge.
- Make strawberry jello and chill in the fridge.
- Soak sabja seeds.
- Get some mango ice cream.
- Assemble.
Rose milk
1. Make vanilla ice cream in advance
2. For 6 glasses of falooda soak 3.5 tsp of basil seeds in water.
3. Add about 1/2 cup of vermicelli to water and add 3 spoons of sugar and cook until the vermicelli is just cooked. Remove from heat and sieve the water out and cool immediately under cold water.
4. Mix 600 ml of milk, 300 ml of cream and 6 tbsp of roohafza and some powdered sugar. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of kewra. Adjust the taste of the rose milk.
5. Keep the basil seeds, vermicelli, rose milk in the fridge for 2 hours at the least.
6. While assembling add one full spoon of basil seeds, 1.5 spoons of vermicelli.
7. Fill half the glass with rose milk, top with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
8. Top with 2 to 3 spoons of chopped pistachio and sprinkle one spoon of roohafza.
